We currently ship only within the United States. We’re working hard to make FloBabe available worldwide. Thank you for your support and stay tuned!
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during sales or holidays, and we’ll notify you if any delays occur.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@flobabe.com as soon as possible. We can update it before your order is processed.
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact us at support@flobabe.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Returns & Refunds
At FloBabe, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you have a FloBabe account, you can start a return through our Self-Serve Returns Portal directly from your account.
- After logging in, click the “Request Return” button in the top right corner
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and complete the form
- Once submitted, click “Return Request.” Our team will review your request and approve it as long as it meets our return and exchange policy

- In your message, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@flobabe.com, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Yes! If you received a FloBabe item as a gift, you can return it within 30 days, provided it meets the conditions of our Return Policy. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit unless you request a refund to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your return until it reaches us.
If your return is lost in transit, please contact us at support@flobabe.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

FloBabe Heat Pad

No, the FloBabe Heat Pad is disposable and designed for single-use only, providing fresh, safe, and soothing comfort each time.
Simply open the pouch when you’re ready to relax. The heat pad activates naturally when exposed to air and will start warming up. It usually takes about 5 minutes for the warmth to begin, and up to 10–15 minutes for the pad to reach its full heat.
We use gentle, safe ingredients in the heat pad for your peace of mind.
- Water: We drink this daily to keep our skin and body hydrated.
- Salt: Found in our kitchen, a tiny bit of salt won't hurt!
- Active Carbon: It's found in our water and aquarium filtering systems.
- Vermiculite: A natural mineral that helps spread the warmth evenly.
- Iron Powder: This natural reaction is what keeps the pad toasty.
- Resin: Derived from plants, this material is versatile.

The FloBabe Heat Pad provides soothing warmth for up to 8 hours.
No, the heat pad is not washable or reusable. Please be sure to remove the heat pad from the inner pocket before washing the pants.
