• Production or logistics delays may occur

If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items:

• The entire order may ship together when pre-order items are ready
• Or you may receive separate shipments, depending on availability

Pre-orders may be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Once your order is prepared for shipping, cancellations are no longer eligible.To request a cancellation, email info@flobabe.com.

Pre-ordered items follow the same Return Policy as regular orders once delivered.
