Return & Exchanges
We hope you love your FloBabe purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right!
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Products with strong odors—such as perfume, fragrance, or smoke—are not eligible for return or exchange
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Used or worn products
- Products with torn or missing tags
- Final sale items and promotional giveaways
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
- New size or new color (if available)
- Replacement for a defective item
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If you would like to exchange for a new size, we will cover the shipping cost
- If the product is no longer available and cannot be exchanged, we will issue store credit or a gift card and cover the return shipping fees
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been approved and received
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you have a FloBabe account, you can start a return through our Self-Serve Returns Portal directly from your account
- After logging in, click the “Request Return” button in the top right corner
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and complete the form
- Once submitted, click “Return Request.” Our team will review your request and approve it as long as it meets our return and exchange policy
- If you do not have a FloBabe account, please email us at support@flobabe.com or use the contact form to get started on your return
- In your message, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
